End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Taigrr LLC ("Company") for the use of Broken Eggs ("Game").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Game
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Game
  • Remove any proprietary notices from the Game
  • Use the Game for commercial purposes

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
